Friday 11th and Saturday 12th February Sausage Fest Preparation.

On the 11th there will be the slicing of the meat and overnight marinating (of the meat, the members or both).
This will be followed up on the 12th by making (stuffing) the sausage big enough to have a summer time Sausage Extravaganza
We are asking each sausage making participant to donate $20 towards supplies.
There will be a sign up sheet behind the bar.

Friday 18th February Fish Fry

The Fishermen would like to Reel you in from 5pm until 8 pm. for the Fishfry
The first 100 will have a Plaice to sit and the tickets are available behind the bar.

Adults cost $8 and children under 10 get in free.

Volunteers are needed and desserts to follow the fish fry would be welcome.
